Why the change?
Since we opened in 2019, we’ve witnessed a surge of patients struggling with post-viral inflammation, hormone disruption, unexplained fatigue, immune dysregulation, and other complex health conditions that have unfortunately become much more commonplace. In our clinical judgment, both the genetically engineered SARS-CoV-2 virus and the mRNA-vaccine rollout, in addition to many other environmental factors, have contributed to a new, more complex landscape of chronic illness. Our traditional office visits can no longer address this depth of need.
In response to this new landscape, we have decided to focus our time on patients who require Dr. Matt’s expertise and experience in environmental and functional health.
What do I need to do to convert or cancel my current membership?
Please follow the link in the email that was sent out to you.
DO NOT call the clinic or email staff directly, so that we can continue to effectively manage clinic care.
When do I need to submit my reply in order to reserve a spot?
Membership numbers will be capped. Memberships will be given on a first come, first serve basis.
After spots are filled, you will be placed on a waitlist.
What happens if I do not reply by July 15th?
All current memberships are being ended. Replying by July 15th, 2025, reserves a spot for you under the new membership structure as long as spots remain available. These will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
All non-replies will continue to have their membership ended.
When will memberships be offered to those currently on the waitlist?
The current waitlist will be opened on July 15th.
This allows our current patients the option to continue their membership with the clinic, before the waitlist is opened.
I recently started a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Membership, what happens to me?
Anyone within their 6-month contract period will continue at their current care level until the end of their contract. At the end of the contract, these patients will be offered a spot in the new membership structure or will be free to end their membership.
How should I contact the clinic about the transition?
We request that all replies be sent through the forms linked in the email that you received.
I am ending my membership. What about my prescriptions and wrapping up care?
Thank you for being a part of our clinic. We will make this transition as easy as possible.
We are happy to provide your last refill on medications as appropriate, and access to acute care will continue until August 30th, 2025.

Can I rejoin later if I change my mind?
Yes. You can request to join our waitlist and will be contacted as spots become available. However, space is limited and demand is high.
How are you deciding which patients to take?
We are accepting patients on a first come, first serve basis. Once all of the spots are filled we will place patients on the wait list.
I have an appointment after August 31st 2025, what is happening with that appointment?
If you are continuing care with the clinic, then your appointment will remain the same.
If you have chosen not to continue the care, then your appointment will be canceled.
If you have a current pellet appointment scheduled, please come to your appointment to be pelleted (at your regular price) and we can discuss membership options and continuing your care at that time. If you have any questions, please reach out to the clinic, and we will be happy to answer them.
